What is the key to living a life well? Over the years in my work as a hospice and hospital chaplain, I have seen many at the end of life trying to articulate an answer to this important question. What is life truly about? Is it about acquiring things, or making money? Is it about having power and getting things done? Is it about leaving a mark in this world that lives beyond your time? Is it being a good person, a good father or mother, a good son or daughter, a good husband or wife, or grandparent? All of these things and many more make up the content of your life in some form or fashion.
What if you could regularly learn from people who are at the end of life, the things that they felt like life was about. What if you could be exposed to the best, and the worst of how to live your life so that you could make course adjustments throughout your life and live a life that you truly love.
That is what A Good Day Lived Well is all about. I am on a mission to teach and train people on how to have a full and complete life. To come to the end of it with little or no regrets, to strive for great living with peace and contentment. Each of us has 86,400 seconds a day to live out and we have to live them all, we don't get them back to do over. So let me be a life coach for you. Would you consider sharing your email address so that we could keep on talking? Remember, life is too short for ordinary living, let's live a good day, and live it well. Hope to talk with you again soon, Chaplain Tom
